MS Dhoni attends cricket match organised by Indian Army

Former Indian captain MS Dhoni has kicked off his stint with the Territorial Army, and a pics of the 38-year-old has gone viral on social media in which he is seen hiring a cricket bat for one of the officers. He has taken a 2-month break from the Indian-team and is currently with the 106 TA Battalion Para of the Indian Army.

The unit is used in south Kashmir district as part of Victor Force, and the stumper is supposed to be with them till August 15, 2019. First, images of Dhoni was accorded the nominal rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2011, going to Srinagar by one of his manager in a retreat was also generally distributed across many social media platforms.

“Lt. Col Dhoni arrived here Now and has entered his unit,” one of the officials had said on July 30-, 2019. Earlier, Army chief Bipin Rawat told that Dhoni had finished his basic training and expressed faith that the cricketer would perform all his works. “When a citizen of India requires to don the military uniform, then he has to be able to fulfil the task for which the dress has been assigned to him. MS Dhoni has taken out his basic training, and we know that he will be able to perform the task,” Rawat said.
