Indian Army Cheetah helicopter falls: An Indian Army pilot & another of the Bhutanese Army fell on Friday after a practice helicopter of the Indian Army crashed near Yonphullla in Bhutan, news agency ANI reported.

The Indian Army pilot who fell in the accident was of the ranks of Lt Col (Lieutenant colonel)

Indian Army Cheetah helicopter falls, while the Bhutanese pilot was practising with the Indian Army, the news agency stated quoting sources in the Indian Army.

According to specialists, the accident occurred around 1 pm, which is when the helicopter ran out of radio and visual contact. The aircraft was on its way from Khirmu in Arunanchal Pradesh to Yongfulla.

The ground-level Search and Rescue Services were begun immediately, and the wreckage has been found, officials said.
