Big Pay Hike For Central Govt Employees : Finally, good news has reached for the Central government employees as the Centre has reportedly increased some benefits for the past under the 7th Pay Commission proposals.

According to reports, the government has determined to increase the pay of employees in the health services department.

Big Pay Hike For Central Govt Employees, If the statements are anything to pass by, the employees will receive a hike in pay of around Rs 1200- from Rs 4,100 to Rs 5,300 per month.

Besides, once comes into impact, the Central government employees will take arrears of 26 months as the new decision will be valid from July 1, 2017.

The told employees of the health services department would make Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) and Patient Care Allowance (PCA).

7th Pay Commission Matrix Level 8 employees are likely to make HPCA/PCA of Rs 4,100 per month while Employees of Level 9 will reportedly take HPCA/PCA of Rs 5,300 per month, I have told sources.

Meanwhile, the Central government employees are still to make their demand for minimum pay hike

from present Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000 – considered by the Narendra Modi government but reports are there that the good news is in the offing.
